Lacrosse Nortwest is a lacrosse league in Portland, OR.

This site was originally done in an old PHP CMS framework and DB Code Project was commissioned to update the site to use Rails. The migration of the 9000 user system was done over 3 months with all the logic being recreated in Rails.

In addition, the site now boasts an ecommerce site and a complex promotion system to tie in registrations with purchases to give deeper discounts to repeat players. The site uses Janrain's RPX technology to tie in Facebook, Twitter, OpenId into the user accounts. Also uses Authorize.net's CIM service to storing credit cards off-system.
